Elphaba’s Wicked Sour (aka "Green Room Sour")

Difficulty: 2 (Moderate - requires shaking, muddling, or 4+ ingredients)

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz sour apple liqueur
  • Egg white (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Dry shake with egg white.
  2. Shake with ice.
  3. Strain into coupe.
  4. Add bitters swirl.

Description:

A tart bourbon sour with green-apple drama and frothy flair.
